| 职位描述: | Monitor national outbound call KPIs and make improvement to support sales & marketing. Study customer experience & analysis CRM database with customer segmentation to provide deep dive analysis for internal team improving efficiency & satisfaction. Complaint call handling & review process avoid the risk of complain escalation. Provide good net work with sales team, sharing customer data analysis like mama class/PG training by monthly basis. Develop Rep/PG ranking & communicate with sales team to improve productivity. The development of the call center to provide advice. |
| 任职要求: | 1、Working experiences: Above 6 year working experience with either call center or consumer related program experience 2、Position experiences: More than 3 year works at leading call center team 3、Language Skills:Basic read and wrriten English 4、Computer Skills: Good l Mobility: NA 5、Certificate Required:leadership/call center management or relavant training 6、Other Special requirement: Healthcare industry experience a plus |
